Permanent recruitment, leadership hiring and lateral hiring are all covered. Candidates are screened before they reach you, so your interview time goes on real contenders. We hire across startups, manufacturing and senior mandates.
Offer letters, appointment letters, handbooks and policies — we draft them, or vet what you already have. We also set up performance management, onboarding, exit and grievance processes. Or we review what you already have and tell you where it will not hold.
Training covers POSH, DEI, workplace ethics, leadership, conflict resolution and behavioural training. Also, sessions run on site and in vernacular languages where the workforce needs them. So far we have trained over 20,000 employees.
